Purchasing Physical Products
By purchasing physical products (posters, etc), you authorize us to capture and process your payment for the total represented in your cart. You also consent to us shipping the product(s) to the address you provided upon checkout. Upon checkout you the option to have your billing and shipping information stored for future purchases.
Refunds for Physical Products
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, we are happy to provide a refund. Simply inform us of the damage by providing pictures within 7 days of product arriving and we’ll coordinate an exchange or refund. To receive a refund, you will need to ship the damaged item back to our mailing address.
Purchasing Virtual Products
By purchasing virtual products (online courses, etc) you agree that you will not share or distribute the content. Each course is intended to purchased and viewed by one person.
Refunds for Virtual Products
In most cases, we do not offer refunds for virtual products. Some prorated refunds may be considered for multi-part classes, assuming we can confirm course content has not been viewed. If all course content has been viewed and/or downloaded, we will not be able to grant a refund.
