Do You Ship Internationally?
Of course! Just enter your correct mailing address upon checkout and I’ll contact you to confirm any details before sending out your item.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Unless you have worked out expedited shipping arrangements with me (this is uncommon), I would allow 4-5 weeks for your package to arrive. To cut down on material usage as well as inventory and warehousing costs, orders are printed on demand, which means once I receive your purchase, I place a unique order for your specific print, which then requires time for production and proof review, before it is approved, signed and placed in shipment.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
I use PayPal and plan to soon add the very popular and secure Stripe payment gateway. Both PayPal and Stripe conveniently accept all major credit cards.
How Do I Track My Order?
After I review the proof and approve your unique print, I sign and number the artwork, before placing in shipment. After the item is shipped I email you an individual tracking ID from the shipping company of choice that you can use to track the status of your item.
Returns & Refunds
My Item Arrived Damaged. Can I Get a Replacement or Refund?
I take every packing precaution possible to ensure your purchase arrives safe and sound and in the best condition possible. However, (amazingly!) shipping companies can still find ways to damage shipments. If this is the case, all you need to do is document the damage (aka snap a photo and send it to me) and we’ll coordinate either a replacement or refund. In either case, the damaged item must be returned to me before a replacement or refund is sent. I assume you’re purchasing my data art because you’re excited to view and display it and trust that you’ll find me easy and reasonable to work with in these rare circumstances.
