Wouldn’t It Be Nice If…
September 28, 2007
I am tired of people that just talk and never do. These people constantly bump their gums about what they are going to do, yet never take any action to get “it” done. These types seem to be increasing in my demographic of 25 - 30 year old males. I don’t know if more people are gripping to create the next internet jackpot or if they are simply falling in love with the idea of potential. Most likely it is a combination of both. Mix in a little (or, in some cases, a lot) of fear and I think you have a deadly trio of idea slaughtering forces working to take the air out of great ideas one excuse after another.
Not me. I will deal with failure head on. Obviously, not everything I do will be successful. In fact, considering the nature of global competition and the immense amount of talent in the world today, most things I undertake carry the risk of failure. But, I guarantee that I will be right in the middle of it doing stuff. I will not resort to becoming a potential loving douche bag.

There is some fine artwork to be seen over at Blau Gallery. One of my favorites is here.
